Land Loans
Hard
money loans available for the purchase or refinance of land/lots at various
loan to value, rates and terms.
Loans on land/lots are for a period of six (6) months to three (3)
years, no prepayment penalty and available to most verifiable vesting. Cash out refinance available on a
case-by-case basis.
Residential Buildable Lots – Up to 50% loan to value, must be in
metropolitan area.
Undeveloped Lots – Up to 30% loan to value.
Raw Land/Acreage – Case-by-case basis.
Commercial Buildable Lot/s – Up to 50% loan to value, must be in
metropolitan area.
Undeveloped Commercial Lot/s – Up to 30% loan to value.
Commercial Raw land/Acreage – Case-by-case basis.
1st
trust deed only for purchase or refinance, will consider seller carry back financing
in junior position.
